2. Request for Police Records

   If you were a party involved in the incident or crash, you may use this form to request a copy of the report. All other individuals should submit a request through the online FOIA Request link or email listed on the City of Troy website.

   Reports are typically available within 24 hours; however, the Records Department has up to five business days to respond. Please provide as much information as possible to assist our staff in locating your report.
