Meeting Schedule

City Council Meetings

All meetings will be held in the Council Chambers in the Troy Municipal Building, 116 E. Market, unless otherwise stated.   All workshop meetings notices, special meeting notices, changes, scheduling of meetings, etc. will be announced/posted on the official bulletin board by the City Clerk’s office (or on the window of City Hall’s main entrance in the case of Covid-19 closures) at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.  In the event an emergency meeting is needed, notice may be posted less than 48 hours in advance in accordance with state statute. Per state statute, media who have made their written request to the City Clerk will be notified when meetings are scheduled.   

Regularly scheduled meetings are held the first and third Mondays of each month at 6:30 pm except on holidays when the meeting is changed to Tuesday *.  Workshops/Review Sessions/ Public Hearings will be scheduled as needed.
