To set-up new water and sewer service, please come into City Hall to the Water Billing Office. Please provide the full name of the responsible party, full address of the property, phone number and the date service is to begin. For those who will be renting an apartment or house, a inspection of the property must be completed and a occupancy permit form providing the name of the responsible party, full address of the rental property, phone number and a $50.00 deposit.
